The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning a bonus of ৳1,200 requires ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

The bonus balance and any winnings earned from it cannot be withdrawn immediately. They will remain in the bonus balance until wagering is complete. If wagering is not completed within the specified period after the bonus is received, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts, or placing bets solely to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse), will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.

6.3 VIP Program and Cashback

Cashback is paid weekly on net losses (total losses minus total winnings) — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
